How can I change my billing method?
You can change your method of billing by sending an email to billing@bjmmedia.com.
How can I change my contact information?
You can change your contact information by sending an email to billing@bjmmedia.com.
How do I cancel my account?
You may cancel your account by opening a ticket at http://www.bjmmedia.com/support or by sending an email to billing@bjmmedia.com on the day you would like to cancel your account. We do not schedule account terminations in advance, so please contact us the day you would like your account to be canceled. Be sure that you have all data you may need off the server before requesting a cancellation. This includes web pages, emails, and any files you may have uploaded to the server. Please note that if you are upgrading and need to cancel your old account we do not automatically cancel old accounts until we are asked to do so by the account owner.
When will I be billed?
All accounts are billed on either the 1st or 15th of each month. When activated, your account will be prorated so that its billing date will fall on one of those two days.
